Lagos is now one party state, says Salvador





The previous Lagos State administrator, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Alhaji Moshood Salvador on Saturday said the state hosts turn into a one get-together state, following his abandonment with a large number of PDP individuals to the decision All Progressives Congress (APC).

Tending to party a large number of gathering individuals and stalwarts at the Agege Township Stadium, Lagos. He said with his leave, the PDP was totally dead in Lagos.

Salvador included that in the 2015 decision, the PDP and APC surveyed more than 98 percent votes, leaving under two percent for alternate gatherings.

He said with his deserting with a huge number of previous PDP individuals to the APC, there was no more resistance for the decision APC in Lagos.

"I should state with all accentuation that Lagos is presently a one gathering state. With these individuals that move with me to join the progressives PDP is dead in Lagos.

"We don't anticipate that individuals will join some other political gathering with the exception of the APC. We have records of the wretched execution of other political gatherings in Lagos amid the last decision.

"We will anchor 3.5 million vote in favor of Lagos State governorship hopeful and more than five million for the President in the 2019 race.

"This will be my commitment to the APC in the 2019 race. We want to accumulate 99.5 percent votes in favor of the gathering."

Salvador asked the Southwest to come back to the progressives, noticing that they have taking note of to pick up with the PDP.

He asked Osun State electorate to vote the APC hopeful in the September 22 decision, taking note of that the Governor Rauf Aregbesola organization had affected on the state.

In his comments, Lagos APC director, Alhaji Babatunde Balogun said Salvador had dependably been a dynamic and would stay in crease.

He expressed gratitude toward the new individuals for discarding their torn umbrellas, focusing on that the APC is where equity and value is the trademark.

Balogun kept up that the new individuals would make the most of their stay in the gathering, noticing that the certifiable PDP part have moved to the APC.

"We thank all of you for going to the APC, the this is the gathering for the individuals who wanted equity, value and decency. You have found a way to discard the thistle umbrellas and grasping the floor brush insurgency."
